Colour Tone: Pale ice blue

Description: A soft frozen blue inspired by glacier light, snow shadows, and arctic mineral ice. Airy, calm, and atmospheric.

Recommended Stain Percentage:

• Barely-there wash: 1–2%
• Balanced icy blue: 3–4%
• Bright frozen tone: 5–6%

Intensity Behaviour: Lower tint strength compared to cobalt tones. Best achieved in white or porcelain-rich clay bodies.

Best Firing Range: 1000–1300°C

Works Best when 

• Mixed with slip
• Used as a wash
• Mixed in glaze
