About Product

Sodium Silicate is a liquid ceramic material widely used for creating crackled and textured surfaces on clay. Applied on leather-hard clay, it reacts with stretching and shaping to form organic cracked patterns and layered textures during firing. Suitable for earthenware, stoneware, and porcelain, it is a favourite material for experimental surface decoration and sculptural ceramic work.
